ABOUT US
Founder, Director and Lead Restoration Supervisor, Huw Lloyd is a long-term trusted professional in the industry. As a licensed carpenter and builder in NSW and QLD, Huw has a strong understanding of materials, structural integrity, building standards, and strip-out works, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance building repair industry. He also holds a degree in Environmental Science (Environmental Management Major) and draws on his previous experience as an ecologist. This combination of trade expertise and scientific knowledge provides a distinct advantage, with work delivered to a consistently high standard of finish across water, mould, and fire restoration.
Huw leads a skilled and highly trained team of restoration professionals who share the same commitment to quality, compliance, and attention to detail. Together, they deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across a range of restoration projects. Huw has extensive experience working with insurers, technical assessors, loss adjustors, engineers, and homeowners, giving him a clear understanding of the insurance claim lifecycle - from initial damage assessment through to final sign-off. He understands insurer requirements and how to align restoration works accordingly, reducing delays, avoiding costly errors, and ensuring works are completed correctly the first time.
His background in Environmental Science strengthens this process, providing an in-depth understanding of how natural and man-made materials respond to water, moisture, mould, and fire-related damage. This supports accurate assessment, reporting, and the use of effective remediation techniques, including controlled evaporation, dehumidification, and targeted heat drying - resulting in faster recovery times and reduced long-term damage.
He also recognises the stress associated with property damage and delivers a consistently high level of communication across clients, insurers, homeowners, and project professionals, ensuring clarity, transparency, and confidence throughout the process, while providing a streamlined and well-managed experience for clients.

STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE
All restoration works are conducted in accordance with internationally recognised industry and Australian standards. We adhere to Australian Standards AS-IICRC S500:2025 for water damage restoration and AS-IICRC S520:2025 for mould remediation, ensuring best practice methodologies, safe procedures, and compliant outcomes across every project.
